DePaul University Miracle Network Dance Marathon, DemonTHON, is a year-long fundraising organization, benefiting Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago that culminates in a 24-hour student-run Dance Marathon every spring. Miracle Network Dance Marathon is a movement of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, a non-profit organization that raises funds and awareness for more than 170 pediatric hospitals.

As Executive Director of DemonTHON, Ashantis selects and manages 60+ committee members; consisting of finance, internal relations, and external relations. She’s also collaborated with Regional Miracle Network Dance Marathon manager on national re-branding campaign, is developing and maintaining an ongoing five-year strategic plan to ensure continuous growth and organization, and stewarding DePaul University to obtain in-kind donations, generate student and faculty engagement, and enact on the Vincentian mission.

Previous to being Executive Director, Ashantis served as the Director of Entertainment. In this position she secured entertainment for all DemonTHON events, including the 24-hour dance marathon, using a zero-based budget.
