We believe that education leads to understanding which leads to empathy and love for others. This world is a dark yet beautiful place. If we understand more of the darker aspects we can help bring beauty. This is why education is our main aspect. The reason why we use superheroes, other than the fact that our founder is an uber nerd, is that they have always been political. Not everyone wants to go to a lecture, attend a protest, or read a history book. However, people love a good story. Using superheroes to help on the education aspect allows us to reach people whom may have never thought of themselves as a hero, as someone who can change another life. It allows for a vastness to talk about so many difference issues but also because of how interconnected heroes are to easily talk about intersectionality.
