In order to attend DemonTHON as a dancer, you must raise a minimum of $250. After 24 hours of being on your feet, and listening to all of the inspirational stories of how Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s hospital has helped all of our miracle families, you will look back at all of your hard work and know that it was worth it! DonorDrive is the primary way dancers raise money for DemonTHON. This online service allows for people to make a quick and easy donation For The Kids. Check here for tips on how to make your DonorDrive page more inspiring and your fundraising more effective.
One of the most social and fun ways to raise money is canning. Our dancers “can” by asking for donations of spare change all over the city. Canning raises money for your personal fundraising goal, or a friends, and also helps spread the word about DemonTHON.
There is always more than one way to accomplish a goal. If your online fundraising has come to a halt or you don't feel comfortable canning, check here for others ways you can still raise money For The Kids.
Sending personal letters or emails to friends and family is a great way to show why DemonTHON is so important to you. This is an easy way to reach out to anyone who is interested in donating to your total. If you are unsure how to ask for donations in a letter, you can always use our templates as a starting point!
